If Kinario is not working as expected, contact us at indrayanadian@icloud.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.
Audio is not playing
Open Kinario Settings and check the music and sound-effect volume. Also check your device volume and Silent Mode.
Game Center does not connect
Game Center is optional. You can continue playing without it. To use achievements and leaderboards, sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings.
Start the stories again
Open Kinario Settings and choose Reset Progress. This clears completed chapters and tutorial progress on the device.

Privacy policy
Kinario is an educational story game. It does not require a Kinario account and does not operate a developer-owned backend service.
Information stored on your device
Story progress, tutorial completion, language, text size, and audio preferences are stored locally on your device. The developer does not receive this information.
Game Center
Kinario uses Apple Game Center for optional achievements and leaderboards. Authentication, player information, scores, and achievements are processed by Apple. You can manage Game Center in iOS Settings and review Apple's Privacy Policy.
Information we do not collect
Kinario contains no advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, account registration, chat, purchases, or access to your location, camera, microphone, photos, or contacts.
Children's privacy
Kinario does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no form for entering personal information and no social or messaging feature.
Delete your data
To delete your local progress, open Kinario Settings and choose Reset Progress. Deleting Kinario from your device also removes its locally stored data. Game Center data is managed through your Apple account.

Kinario tidak memiliki iklan, analitik pihak ketiga, pelacakan lintas aplikasi, pendaftaran akun, percakapan, pembelian, atau akses ke lokasi, kamera, mikrofon, foto, dan kontak.
Untuk menghapus data lokal, buka Pengaturan Kinario dan pilih Atur Ulang Progres. Menghapus aplikasi dari perangkat juga menghapus data lokal Kinario.
